Frank Folsom Smith, Richard Price, and Jeff Smith

RiverBluff is a development of PS2 Properties, LLC, a partnership dedicated to creative, high quality development in the Charlottesville area.

Partners
Frank Folsom Smith has practiced architecture in Charlottesville and Sarasota, Florida, since graduating from the School of Architecture at the University of Virginia. He has successfully designed, planned and developed a number of award-winning projects in Virginia and Florida that celebrate the connection between the human and natural environments.

Richard Price is an architect and planner who has practiced in Paris, Boston and New York, and is currently President of The Folsom Group of Charlottesville, Virginia, a firm focused on sustainable design and development.

Jeff Smith, President of Alterra Construction Management, also a graduate of the University of Virginia, is a construction manager with a background in design who has focused on high-quality residential development in the Charlottesville area for more than 20 years.
