PS2 PROPERTIES LLC

RiverBluff is a development of PS2 Properties, LLC, a partnership dedicated to creative, high quality development in the Charlottesville area.

Frank Folsom Smith has practiced architecture in Charlottesville and Sarasota, Florida, since graduating from the School of Architecture at the University of Virginia. He is founding partner of The Folsom Group, and has successfully designed, planned and developed a number of award-winning projects in Virginia and Florida that celebrate the connection between the human and natural environments.

Richard Price is an architect and planner who has practiced in Paris, Boston and New York. He teaches in the School of Architecture at the University of Virginia, and is principal of GROUNDworks, a firm focused on research, planning and design for healthy communities.

Jeff Smith, President of Alterra Construction Management, also a graduate of the University of Virginia, is a construction manager with a background in design who has focused on high-quality residential development in the Charlottesville area for more than 20 years.
